THOUGHTS OF A POET IN THE RAIN

I was interviewed and photographed today by The East County Observer. The fellow who interviewed me had a lot of questions about not only my book The Pelman Murders but also about my two books of poetry. We met at a local restaurant that I frequent for coffee and just  because I like the people who work there: Bob Evans.

I’ve only been interviewed a few times and find each experience a bit different from the last. This was no different. He told me he was limited on space but the photo was important and he took 4 shots. It will be interesting to see what he writes. I hope I didn’t confuse him with all the information I gave him.

I would have liked to have had a chance to discuss the new book but it will take care of itself when the time comes.

Anyway, it was an experience. Next week the paper will come out.
